I spend more than I should on makeup and fragrance. It was exciting when Sephora first came to the states. It used to feel posh. Now, the atmosphere in there feels like a loud, big box electronics store. And staff now includes men wearing grotesque eyeshadow and lipstick. That was enough for me to question whether mine is the business they want...this news makes it pretty clear they don’t. Bluemercury has much better service and products!
