It's all a political tool. The earth has always warmed and cooled over time. The difference now are the politicians and governments using that basic fact to push policies and tax people.

Pollution? GLOBAL WARMING! Cleaner air? GLOBAL WARMING!

The obvious answer (the planet is naturally warming right now) isn't part of the equation for these "experts."
