Does the FL governor get to appoint a replacement for a Representative seat? I know states have different rules but usually an emergency election is held to replace a Congressman. (great...another “election”)...Hollywood and Stacey Abrahams are on their way!

CA gov is replacing Heels Up Harris with our secretary of state, who crooked the ballots' printing and got to be appointed Senator for it. FML in CA but still holding.
