If Trump is setting up a Republic and canceling the Corporation of the US. Trump would have to be reelected and so would Gaetz and the rest of Congress. They would be working for a Corporation that doesnt exist. It makes sense that he would make a grand jester to support Trump, knowing he would be reelected under a new Gov't.
