Considering they still have half a trillion left from the last go around, they should limit "Stimulus" to:
Small business
Direct assistance to citizens ONLY
Rent assistance
Mortgage assistance
Obviously, this doesn't leave room for skimming and graft, so they will come up with big complicated projects and foreign LGBT projects they can divert money from.
And they could take the operating budget from public schools minus teacher wages and spend that. I think schools are tax funded babysitters these days so at least the schools need to cover baby sitting expenses since the money was used for no other legitimate expenses.
Actually they are spending a fortune on PPE, extra tables, tents for lunch time, dividers, heaters for outdoor lunch tents, IT. Loads of shit the schools will have to store after this debacle, and nothing that improved student performance.
Joe actually promised to hire more teachers for smaller class sizes too. More union teaching jobs that we can't cut but no longer have a use for in an economy they say won't turn around until 2025.
