I think he means NPR is inciting violence, talking about anti-Al Qaeda tactics being used against US citizens.

Solution, have your wedding themed as a BLM riot. No need for presents, you can just loot whats on your list, loot a cake, make what ever chapel an autonomous zone and take a minister hostage to do the vows. Then finish off the night with reception dinner by raiding the local readturant and just steal the food of the plates of the customer and drive away as newly weds in one of the cars in the parking lot out back.
