Anyone else thinking this might be a gateway to 'increasing security' thus enabling the feds to push us further into a surveillance nation?
Example: All these people wearing masks makes it hard to track criminals and keep people safe so we need high tech cameras everywhere that can see through cloth/masks.
Maybe I'm crazy, but I think back to the Oneplus IR camera that could see through cloth and other certain materials, which China didn't seem to like.

They can identify you with a mask on with cameras. There's technology that exists that identifies you by how you walk. Everyone has a unique gait.
