Ive seen this over and over in real life.

Some dumb asshole is doing something stupid and smarter people just stand around being polite because they dont want to rock the boat.

Dumb assholes are too stupid to see that they in fact, do not actually know it all. But they only consume CNN HUFFPO REUTERS and get their backs patted constantly.

This starts to get fixed when we make kids competitive again. Winners are winners and losers are losers. Now shake the winner's hand and graciously tell them what an honor it was the lose to someone so much better. No participation trophies and no worries about hurt feefees.
