The books are written by the victors. Maybe, just maybe, what you read that makes you think like that was written to make you think like that.

It's not like that was some sort of opinion that was pushed on me. It came from analysis of history of my country in most part, written by then alive scribes.

How they made living hell out of our Queens live after pre-arranged CHILD MARRIAGE was LAWFULLY cancelled, and one of the Hapsburgs (fucking inbreds) straight out lied, bribed the church officials and put her on trial, accusing her of marital infidelity towards our king. They were successful enough to the point of our king doubting her own wife, when the undeniable evidence clearly stated that it was no where near being possible.

I respect Christianity and know quite a few very good priests that I had honest pleasure to listen to even as an atheist - the one who oversaw the marriage of my brother being prime example. But history, written from many points of view, speaks for itself.

They maybe were not a hell spawn. But they were far from saintly institution they claimed to be, and that's the source of the shame I speak of, imho

Now study biblical monarquies with the same dilligence by reading only the Bible. Don't be surprised if you change your mind.

Let's make this clear

I'm not speaking of the Church that Jesus Christ brought to life and the teachings and institutions of his apostles and people of their time. I have nothing in opposition to this.

But what Rome became approximately in 900-1000's onwards, in my opinion, would make Christ himself flip tables and snap whips.

Popes making whorehouse out of Rome. Bribes and all kinds of shady schemes. It's not like it was a secret even back then. But they held a power of deciding who becomes a king or emperor so people went along.

Who in their right mind would go to war over sanctity with someone who made you king himself and is said by all of your pals to be the representative of God on earth - mainly because they became kings thanks to the said representative?

Not much different from modern times. It's like Dems not cracking down on swamp and multibillionaire shady fuckers - you don't go after someone who made you king, you play along.

Ok, I disapprove of everything Rome stands for. Catholicism is a fake religion created to misguide followers of Jesus Christ. Popes, the Vatican,et al, all mean nothing to me. I just believe the Holy Bible is the Word of God. You can argue, well, men wrote it, which makes you doubt everything you have ever read. The Bible has not failed me once, that's why I believe it. Not institutions, buildings, men in robes or any of that nonsense.

Also, don't confuse catholicism with Christianity. It's not the same thing. Catholics are satanists in origin.
