Y’all clearly know quite a bit more about events in WI, but from election data (even going back to Trafalgar polls from before Nov 3) ...I think WI is the wrong place to look. I believe that was the one state that ended up close coincidentally, so it’s possible nothing will turn up.
The states to question are GA, MI, PA, AZ, and VA (maybe NV too).
All five of them had 10%+ higher voter turnout than in 2016, while comparable states immediately around them (NC, WI, OH, NM, and the rest of the country) were all less than 6-7% increase.
Why do I suspect the corrupt Wisconsin Election Commission will find nothing to see here related to voter fraud?

WI had an 89% voter turnout? A 22% increase over 2016? I don't think so. https://www.newswars.com/trump-supporters-question-record-high-turnout-in-wisconsin/
30,000 votes switched from Trump to Biden? A 60,000 vote swing. Margin of victory was 20,000. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/caught-part-3-impossible-ballot-ratio-found-milwaukee-results-change-wisconsin-election-30000-votes-switched-president-trump-biden/
