Here's the thing, this is bipartisan. Everyone is sick of this retard world we're living in. Everyone wants to fucking go back go normal life. It's been about a year and by now most libs will look at the numbers of infected and might know those that were or even were themselves infected and realize that this is pretty fucking stupid.

That's just 40% that think they should be fired or suspended. There's another huge chunk that is more sympathetic and say something like "well let the ones that are worried stay home but we need to figure something out to get kids back into school now."

The reason teachers are being twats about this is because they're the foundation of the movement for big government. The dream they're pushing for is a socialist utopia where everyone gets what they want and the government waves a magic wand to make everything perfect for everyone. And the government making them go back to work when there's still a .002% chance they might die flies in the face of their ideal where a benevolent government lead by their "good" guys will make them work.
