This is why I would argue all teachers of a subject should have a degree in that subject. No I dont mean in "math education" ... I mean in "mathematics". I was able to avoid all that bs in the education classes by getting an actual math degree and working as a TA and tutor in grad school. Ne ve r once took an education class. Not to brag, but I have some of the highest reviews from students. My guess is a lot of the sjw brainwashing happens in those "education" classes.
