"Insurrection" has become another once very powerful which has lost it's meaning.
The media and Dem politicians know exactly what the true and legal definition of the word is, but they've co-opted it for short-term political gain with long ranging implications.
No one has been charged, because there are no legal grounds.
I'm guessing not a single charge of sedition or insurrection. The most serious charge will be incitement of a riot, and we will see video footage of what that encompasses.
The videos will prove a few people guilty of incitement, and it will also exonerate Trump of the same charge.
I know that this is rhetorical, but the answer is this so everyone can redpill family and friends:
If someone who was there on the 6th gets arrested and charged with "insurrection", they will take that shit to court and win, and the people who brought those charges will have to face repercussions for levying such seriously false accusations. Furthermore, when that court case was won, it will immediately disprove their narrative.
When they put Trump on trial, they will chalk up their loss to "political bias" and "evil Republicans". Their narrative will only be exposed if any evidence is allowed to be admitted (which it won't), and Congress cannot face repercussions for bringing such blatantly false accusations in a trial of impeachment.
In other words, they have nothing to lose and everything to gain by charging Trump, and nothing to gain and everything to lose by charging the everyday citizen.
Ooooooh good question!
Just like being arrested for resisting arrest even when not being arrested?
