This in response to the subpoenas from mid-December and early-January which they refused to comply with. After inaugaration they said reversed that decision. The senate were promised by the board that they would finally comply by allowing election materials to be audited but reverses course less than a day before the scheduled audit on February 3rd and the days following. This declaration should allow Fann who is 100% on our side to press charges which can result in jailtime for failing to comply with a lawful subpoena. They already fought whether the subpoena was lawful or not in court in which they lost so they really don't have an argument in favor of them.
