This has been brewing for a while but the political stuff was the nail in the coffin for our relationship. It hurts to say it. I love the guy. But I can't be with someone who has zero fight in them and zero patriotism. I mean with as patriotic as I am now I can't believe it lasted this long. Can't wait to get out there and date REAL manly men lol.

Is this a common sentiment? My guy basically said the same thing. We're going through so much BS down here, just forget how rough it is up there. Just know that if you find a girl and visit, you'll have to request gravy on the side with your fries, but you'll enjoy the warmer weather at least. Also if you wanna blend in, no one knows what a sea-doo is! It's a jet-ski.
