This has been brewing for a while but the political stuff was the nail in the coffin for our relationship. It hurts to say it. I love the guy. But I can't be with someone who has zero fight in them and zero patriotism. I mean with as patriotic as I am now I can't believe it lasted this long. Can't wait to get out there and date REAL manly men lol.

Currently not speaking with my best friend of 20 years.She is usually very intelligent and logical - except when it comes to politics.Weve had a few skirmishes - the she will stay away for a while and re-engage with snark.Literally told me she does'nt want to discuss politics - after she has thrown her stones. Last straw- she and my based Mom got into the election on November 4th - she called to wish my mom a happy birthday.Then a few days ago she made a remark about my mom having dimentia - joke she says.That was the last straw.Especially coming from someone with an autistic child and mental illness 8n her family.She should know better.TBH I will be happy never to speak to her again.I think we don't have much in common anymore anyway.
