A few people went to Matze looking to help out with server space -- they needed literally thousands of instances to run Parler for the size of their userbase (poor engineering -- I can do their same traffic with 2 orders of magnitude less). You know what his answer was?
"It's all good -- I got this."
When I heard that, I realized Parler was done while he was still CEO, so this is a good thing for getting Parler back online now that he's out.

Yup. Their continued outage is inexcusable. Technically speaking. Plenty of time to port code into a non aws environment.
Had he been prepared, he would've been able to migrate by now.
Even if they weren’t prepared at all, they should still be able to migrate by now — it’s been almost a month!
