Yup. Their continued outage is inexcusable. Technically speaking. Plenty of time to port code into a non aws environment.

I was thinking the exact same thing today listening to Bongino give an update. His update: “We will be back soon”. I actually screamed at the ceiling.

Matze is a young engineer with primarily a background in iOS IIRC so idk what he is doing thinking he can build out a quality backend and infrastructure for a service like Parler. Or why he would insist on making decisions regarding it.
