I quit my job in San Francisco after working there for 2 years and feeling uncomfortable from day 1. It's gone to hell. The way the Muslims act is if they are superior to you. They walk past you in lines, step on your toes, and crowd you on the train even though they have plenty of room. I can just see their imam faggot preaching to them to act like they are better then the white man. So the other day, I ACCIDENTALLY stepped on a Muslim dudes shoes. He immediately became combative even though I said sorry twice. He then sucker punched me while I was looking at my phone. I headlocked him and swung him around the train punching him and slamming his head into the wall. When the subway cop came and I wanted to press charges, the silly ass subway cop told me I'd go to jail too if I wanted to press charges because I did more damage to him than he did to me despite 15+ people telling the cop he sucker punched me like a little pussy. A thousand bucks says that fool wasn't in country legally. After about a week and a half of going back to work, I began to think more about it. Sure, I got my licks in, fucked his silly ass up, got even, yeah yeah. But what if dude had a knife? What if he was in a group of dudes? It began to make me sick the more I thought about it. I started to think about why the fuck I'm packing my ass onto that train like a sardine in a can every morning to go to a city filled with desperate junkies, criminals, illegal alien assailants, needles and filth everyday (the newspaper articles don't do it justice, I can attest personally to the fact that San Francisco is now officially third world). I quit my job and am moving on to better things. This is far from the only incident I've experienced. I've had junkies threaten to stab me in the face because they thought I was filming them with my phone, I've looked into a dudes eyes who was shooting up as I walked past him, I've seen a couple of dead homeless people just walking to work. Like I said, from day one I was not comfortable working in SF, but, the money was decent so I did. Now, you couldn't fucking pay me to go back to that piece of shit town. Fuck you Nancy Pelosi, I hope you fucking drink yourself to death you fucking bitch ???

Huh, that's funny, I've heard from acquaintances who have dealt with BART PD in the past that they like to argue the opposite, that you attacked the assailant and thus they're supposedly justified in "defending themselves," so you were lucky to have eyewitnesses defending you. In general the whole justice system in Commiefornia is corrupt as hell. Probably a huge inspiration for "ACAB" is behavior like this in those blue areas, those kind of cops don't know the Constitution even though they're supposed to swear by it upon joining the force. Lying about the law like that...he probably said that so your incident wouldn't "count" and be filed into the system (a strategy to claim crime is low). You shouldn't listen to them and you should ask around for attorneys to sue the guy if you can get his name, though a lot of attorneys in the area like to claim their hands are tied or jump on the illegal immigrant wagon. File a FOIA form for the security footage too and get a DVD.
I really don't want to bring race into the question but was the cop a minority, he may have been trying to "protect his own" or trying to follow Demoncrap "law"...
One of them was white and the other was Middle Eastern. I think you're right. I tried to get dude's name but they wouldn't give it to me. They told me to walk away. At the time I was so flustered I walked away because I was about to punch the fucking faggot cop, I was beyond livid. I thought I might do something stupid
Take it up with them again at their office on 8th in Oakland (blech), insist on filing. They try and deter you because they're thuggish, smug, and leech off taxpayer-funded state pensions. They also defend fare evaders under "muh civil offense."
Did the guy get detained or did he escape? They also like to let these punks escape so they can't be sued (no name, no PI can track them down, no "crime"). If you have the funds you should try and sue the police to expose this corruption, although again the police are smug because they have taxpayer money to blow. A lot of attorneys may hesitate unless you have a LOT of money to throw.
You should try and go public with this! Most local media would be against you, sadly, because of the minority aspect, but police corruption is a tantalizing topic, depending on how you pitch it. BART PD already gets a lot of bad press in that regard.
If he got detained then FOIA his name.
I would also suggest looking up the surrounding counties' DAs, though it's pretty blue so their investigators may not want to take up your case.
