good question. but if you go directly to her email or get a mailer from her campaign the money is going directly to her whereas money donated to the GOP?RNC will get distributed how they see fit...where they think they need it. Not sure what you mean by if he/she is contributing to repub party. I would think they're not going to take a direct donation and give it to the rnc as opposed to using it themselves but i guess thats possible. Need someone who's worked with local campaigns to answer that.
