Not only does it have the shame of being the home of Gigantic Asshole Turtle Traitor McConnell, but it's ruled by a megalomaniac wannabe King in Andy Beshear.

Today, the KY legislature passed a bill to finally override Beshear's executive power overreach. Beshear vetoed it, of course, but the House and Senate both overrode the veto.

Awesome, right?

Not so fast. Beshear ran to his favorite Liberal judge, a FUCKING County CIRCUIT COURT LIBERAL by the name of Shepherd, who he's been running to for years, back when he was AG of KY.

Shepherd - again, a County Circuit Court Judge - of course somehow has more power than anyone in the State apparently, as he put a stay on the new bill, passed overwhelmingly by the people's representatives.

I am so goddamned sick and tired of the activist judiciary in this country acting as de facto legislators for the Left, yet the conservative judges never do shit.

Our Legislators in Michigan are FINALLY FIGHTING BACK. Withholding Funds and rejecting Witchmer Appointees. FINALLY . You can bet if it was their family losing their Business they would find a way to stop her. Hopefully they will stand strong. Michigan is collapsing in on itself. Most job loses of any state

Michigan has been losing jobs and people for years. I'm one of them.

As a Kentuckian myself. I agree and I would like to Kim how the judges are now lawmakers. We have an absolute moron governor who I didn’t vote for. I did vote for the traitor turtle because we can’t get him out by primary and the democrats ran a nut job leftist. That being said if I had known bitch would have stabbed Trump and all of us in the back I would have voted third party in his race. Not that my one vote would have made any difference but I wouldn’t have to live with the fact I voted for the pos. IMO Beshear stole the election like Biden did.

I’m in the same boat as you, Beshear has to go.

Turnerscreek 4 points ago +4 / -0

I heard there was a possibility of impeachment for him. I no longer follow the local news or Facebook but heard that from someone else. I personally hope they do impeach him. His dad was horrible and he’s even worse and more liberal.

CocainTurtle 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don’t follow the news either, awhile back I signed a petition for a recall. Not sure if there was enough signatures.

I saw that I be,I’ve during the Arizona voter fraud hearing when that Colonel testified. I can’t remember the Colonel’s name but he’s a smart man.

Can McConnel get recalled in Kentucky?

5
Cesare_Borgia 5 points ago +5 / -0

Senators cannot be recalled. The 17nth amendment in 1913 removed that check. Prior to that senators were appointed and could be removed by state legislatures.

The only way Mitch leaves before his recently relected 6 year term ends is if 3/4 of the Senate votes to remove him. Or Satan comes to collect his due.

Ponysoldierpatriot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Fact Check: You may not be able to remove Mitch, but if you flip him over on the back of his shell, the turtle is likely to die a slow painful death.

I’m not sure.

DITTO

Same here. Fucking sad state of affairs. No doubt beshear/dominion stole the election. Jefferson county is where it happened mainly.

1
Turnerscreek 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yep, Beshear is a joke and I’d say he stole it in Jefferson County.

That doesn't seem logical. A single Judge should not be able to overide the congress unless it wasn't constitutional.

We need to figure out a way to politically flex more. I get the feeling writing letters isn't doing enough.

3
MenicusMoldbug 3 points ago +3 / -0

They need to be afraid to do this stuff

2
Food4thought 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm going to start with Congressman and Senators, but here's a thought:

how about we aggregate all the dirt on everyone: https://patriots.win/p/12hR2rGqEk/suggestions-for-being-more-effic/

What if they're strongly worded letters though.

Utilizing the second amendment against a tyrannical governor is always an option. Just sayin’

Wanderlust 2 points ago +2 / -0

Especially here in Kentucky. The stories I hear from the old men 'round here make me wonder how it ever was allowed to get so bad.

Careful there, Cowboy.

You might upset the gun-hatng, fuzzy foreigners trolling P.W.

Time for the RNC to be upended by the Patriot Party. I don’t care what anyone argues about third party. We take the reseat of the red districts where the vote doesn’t split hard enough to matter and crush the RNC from there.

TheThreeSeashells 1 point ago +1 / -0

The best (from a laugh out loud standpoint) article I read about how the Patriot Party should give up before it starts because it's impossible for a third-party to win any elections was on Reason.com. Yes...a Libertarian website. Libertarian...an actual third-party.

Needless to say the irony was completely lost on them. Nevermind that President Trump is the most Libertarian president we've ever had so it would make sense that any Patriot Party members would be Libertarian as well.

That judge needs to be made to understand he can't be a partisan.

He keeps doing this because he gets away with it.

giantrabbit1 4 points ago +4 / -0

A nation bordering on becoming a failed state is usually governed through the judiciary, since so much gridlock, dysfunction, and borderline dictatorialism exists in the other branches, that the judiciary is the only way to get anything done. This doesn't just apply to Kentucky btw...it applies to all of America. Notice how Congress is basically defunct at this point and nothing gets passed there anymore. Notice how over the past few decades, the executive branch has been getting more and more powerful, with nothing being done to reign them in. Then the last place people run to to get anything done when Congress refuses to or can't reign in an out of control and dictatorial executive is through the courts, where unelected people can make decrees in robes. Eventually, the court turns into a partisan football (SCOTUS for the last half decade and all the talks of court packing now), with each party doing whatever they can to tilt the judicial favor in their balance. Blatant partisanship eventually will make it impossible to govern (imagine for instance if during a war, a random activist district court put an injunction on the President's use of troops.) and the court system loses all credibility. Eventually, seeing the power vacuum from the other 2 branches, the executive will move to become more and more dictatorial -- this either leads to the collapse of the government, or the start of an elected king in the executive branch. The last step is just to do away with elections entirely or change the term limit laws (like Putin or Xi did), and that's it...welcome to a dictatorship.

HairSniffer 3 points ago +3 / -0

Sounds like the judge is up for impeachment.

3
GoBlue12 3 points ago +3 / -0

Why don’t they take the judge’s decision to another judge or the peice of shit SCOTUS to try and over turn the POSjudge.

1
TheThreeSeashells 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don't understand why the assembly doesn't just turn around and say, "Fuck you. We make laws...not the judiciary branch. No matter what you say, this stands."

Oh yeah, nobody has any balls anymore.

2
TrumpTrainForever 2 points ago +2 / -0

It would be a shame if 10,000 armed Kentuckians showed up and forcibly removed this judge from his position.

1
TheThreeSeashells 1 point ago +1 / -0

Tough to do when most of them won't even take their damn masks off in Kroger. That said, if someone stepped up to name a date and time, I know a few people in my area who would be willing to go. Unfortunately, the KY Republican party are too busy sending out emails asking for more money and doing nothing in return than to actually organize the base into meaningful action. This state is ripe for a takeover by the Patriot Party.

Does this now go to KY SC?

Autopilot voting for the letter R. Dominion machines securing elections for swamp creatures. Plus Pinkies-Up Conservatives that get the vapors whenever the Media smears Republican candidates.

There are people like this in way too many states that prevent the true will of the people from ever gaining any momentum.

How does a county circuit court rule over the state's House and Senate?
