They are all capable of being blackmailed, in some cases because of their graft...other cases having to do with unmentionables.
If they do not vote as they are voting, well, certain info ab them just may be made public.
If you do not believe me, take a look at the #'s for Cheney: 61, only 61 (!) Rs voted against her.
She's a Traitor and worthless to the Cause of our great Country.
