You couldn't maintain Soldier readiness while you were enlisted, so we don't believe you honorably served. Therefore you're not getting the perks of an honorable discharge.
These are probably National Guard. The really fat one also had the sloppiest hair I've ever seen on a military female. None would have gotten away with that 10 years ago.

Back in 2005 or so a fat guy on FEP in my class got an article published in the navy times saying that fitness doesn't matter anymore.
Fitness helps you think more clearly. Fitness makes you less susceptible to fatigue. Fitness makes you all around better.
Removing Fitness, you remove preparedness and effectiveness
