Well yeah, but if it's some small changes unlikely to cause severe glitches, it's not a big deal. It's a matter of time and magnitude - so if there are minor glitches for a short period of time, especially during a time most people in the US are sleeping, and only for mobile users, it's acceptable.
If anything it shows change and improvement, so it might be even beneficial to have such glitches. People like change and improvement!

It's more likely he is currently working on it. Made a save with a slight glitch, detected it and reverted it. Completely normal phenomenon.
