The only rational reason for any of the filming to have been conducted here at Castle Rock as opposed to the White House proper would be the ability of multiple takes. So as to allow for Bidens usual flubbing of his lines even whilst reading off his teleprompter.
It also would allow for a backlog of speeches and addresses to the nation, that they could pullup at will and send out as live footage.
I'd like to believe it but why would he be there instead of the White House? A week after taking office and with Trump at Mar A Largo.
