Call reps and yell at them? Do a bunch of pushups? What has worked best for you? Because honestly I think my blood pressure rises every time I read some new stupid thing that's happening now and it can't be good for me. But at the same time I'm not about to just completely ignore what's going on just because stuff makes me mad.

I hear you. I tend to watch mindless television (older shows) when I'm stressed out or need a break. Non-political shows like Always Sunny or The Office are my preference. It doesn't take much to watch them and they aren't trying to preach to me.

Other than that I will read a book or in nice weather sit on my patio. I used to do a lot more but I can't watch normal TV anymore or the news or really any movies that are made lately. I can't read my local newspaper anymore, I can't even go to the corner convenience store anymore because the owner still has a Biden sign in the window.

For hobbies I like book collecting and wood working...but it's currently too cold where I live to do any woodworking.
