I came here to say that as well. It is sad. I can't speak about the adults who were shot, but those five children were very young, just innocent babies.
I think they ranged in age from 10 or 11 to 1. The black community has a lot of mental health issues. I only became aware of this after talking with several people who grew up in the black community around Tulsa. They also have an epidemic of sexually exploiting children within their communities. The official narrative is that only old white guys are pedos but from what I have heard from personal sources there is a lot of black on black pedo stuff these kids grow up in. There are so many problems in the black community that have little or nothing to do with white people, unless of course you are talking about the jewish community, though they don't consider themselves white.
