Biden Freezing VA Disability Benefits

My sister in law's friend just received a letter saying that his VA disability benefits that are currently in processing have been frozen by the Biden administration. He is a 20 year vet. As far as I know, it is only affecting those that are in processing. My hubby currently receives VA disability so I guess we'll find out if or when his benefits get cut.

What's the source for this? This would bankrupt a massive amount of ppl (Including my mom)

As far as I know, it's only people in processing, not those currently receiving benefits.
