There is a video of a guy throwing a fire extinguisher off the balcony - it hits an officer below in the head - consistent with the Sicknick story - hit in head with extinguisher died of brain bleed the next day. Thrower arrested but not charged with murder or manslaughter.
but not actually tied to Sicknick. The empty extinguisher bounces around like it was a boat fender and no one it contacts looks particularly phased by it.
The (PA I think) man who is being charged did not throw a fire extinguisher AT Sicknick. That was a different incident. He's not being charged with manslaughter, since the officers involved are still alive...
If I remember correctly (again I could be wrong) Sicknick was at the first set of gates. He wasn't close to the Capitol building.
