Plenty of good responses below and I will add that every State has a Constitution and laws just as if they were a separate nation unto themselves.. Seems that most have forgotten this individual power they have against a tyrannical oppressive Federal Government and I hope and pray they wake up and use that power.. This "power" only multiplies when States band together and collectively give the Jo Jo brigade a powerful middle finger and ignore their unconstitutional edicts.. Florida and Texas are taking the lead and I hope that other States join in quickly.. States can address Federal overreach, censorship and gun rights inside their borders..
They are bypassing, or trying to bypass, the state reps. Harris in West Virginia just recently. Cheney disregarding the people she represents in Wyoming. Nothing will be done if no one is ever prosecuted and that isn't happening. Strongly worded letters won't change anything.
I am not talking about those who are elected and sent to the swamp.. State Governors and State Attorney Generals and State Congresses and State Courts have State Constitutions and State borders.. This power has been largely forgotten and handed to the Federal bureaucrats and these States need to take back their power and use it.. Look at what Florida is doing to address the social media censorship and What Texas is doing about Second Amendment rights.. If 20 other States get behind their lead the Federal dictators will have little power..
