Three simple election transparency reforms:

  1. Audit signature matches against a standard criteria.
  • Separate audits are performed by the winner and the runner up.
  • Audit include known matches and mismatches mixed in with an actual random sampling from the election.
  • All audit results are published and include sensitivity and specificity.
  1. Any election with a margin of victory less than the number of mail in votes automatically results in a re-vote.
  • Criteria for mail in voting in re-vote is restricted to prevent the number of mail in votes from being greater than the margin of victory
  1. Treat any voters without state issued identification as mail in voters

Re #2: mail in votes should only be accepted in two instances:

  • active duty military who are not currently stationed near where they’re registered. Even then, if they’re not in an active warzone their base could set up an in-person voting location

  • the voter has a documented medical condition which prevents them from physically getting to a polling place. Any doctor found to be issuing these exemptions fraudulently automatically has their medical license revoked permanently

I also want to add reforms 4 and 5: (4) courts cannot refuse to hear cases regarding allegations of election fraud on grounds of standing or any other technicalities. All Americans have standing when federal elections are in question. (5) The room where ballots are counted must be fully visible to anyone outside the room (windows work well for this), along with all ballot boxes. Once counting starts, all entrances and exits to the room are locked, and only ballots that were in the room when it was locked can be counted
