The day that women are no longer judged for their looks, then a boycott like this would be possible. Before you jump to thinking that it’s just men, women are more likely to be judged more harshly by other women for their looks.

Even more, if there were more patriotic bands for ANYTHING that were more accessible, people would have no problem flocking to them for their services. Here, OP is saying 75 of 75 top makeup companies are not worth using. Assuming that they are correct, am I supposed to inconvenience myself and forsake wearing makeup for “the cause”? Especially knowing that even if 100,000 of us swore oaths to forsake their product, hardly anything would change for them?

I think pedes sometimes need to be more concerned about other things rather than engaging in cancel culture all the time. I mean it’s fine to say “It would be better if you didn’t have product X, so give product Y a try”, but those of us who say, “if you don’t stop buying product X, tHeN yOu ArE pArT oF tHe PrObLeM” as they thumb away other trash on their Apple or Google corporate phone have a legitimate self-awareness issue while political grandstanding.

Let the first corporation without sin cast the first stone. If we were to truly boycott, we would have to make our own makeup, music, food, clothing, etc. Let’s face it, evil managed to literally consume every aspect of human life, including the church. Jesus is coming to fix that and only he can fix that.

Heck, we even have people here saying that we should stop paying out taxes because the election was stolen and we have no legitimate representation in government. They have a point, but the easiest thing to do is not always the right one. The jews were under Roman occupation, but even still Jesus said “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” And they marveled at Him.” Mark‬ ‭12:17‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

And so I say, feel free to give me alternative options, but please know that continuing to use a company’s product or services despite something they’ve done does not make me any less patriotic or human; someone people have to work within their current circumstances.

Sorry for the long response.
