This site also isn't meant to be an echo chamber. Trump legitimately fucked up certain things (Wray for FBI comes to mind) and if we aren't willing to examine those mistakes and learn from them then we are doing the movement a disservice.

I haven’t been trashing Trump, but I have been trying to remind people that there are limits to what one person can do in a real political system even if they’re the president. So yea, people shouldn’t be so critical because it’s likely he was doing everything he could but was simply up against too many other people sabotaging his efforts. That’s what’s expected when you try to “drain the swamp” in a real system; you end up fighting a lot more people than usual and they try to stop you from doing stuff like, say, declassifying things.
Everyone should keep in mind that nobody else would have been willing to even try.
With that said, there’s a whole populist movement that shouldn’t depend on one leader. Basically don’t expect Trump to do everything because he can’t. One person can be neutralized one way or the other but 80M+ can’t.

But the fact that he is ditching the idea of a Patriot Party and wants to support the Republican Party after his meeting with swamp monster Mccarthy is cause for concern to many of his supporters. The Republican Party is literally rewarding those who are backstabbing him (and us) and attacking those who stand up for him and mention election fraud. Trump is a vessel of the silent majority. Trump was a great President, but his Presidency only postponed the slide into the abyss - it did not halt it or reverse it.
For this movement to move foward it is going to need new leaders to emerge, and for this movement to succeed, it is probably going to require leadership which doesn’t have so much to lose and won’t choke at the vital moment.
