ok I saw the full video, on reddit of all places. It's fucked up. I guess the moral of the story is, don't fight and get in arguments with mentally unstable people. That guy was some suicidal mental case.

just walk away and don't get into confrontations... the couple did everything wrong in terms of deescalating the situation - this lone gunmen guy might have been a great neighbor had he made friends instead of enemies...
