Anyone know if these places have to pay a permit or any other extra regulatory costs associated with these "outdoor" dining facilities? Because that would make sense for this stupidity.
What is interesting as well is that these "outdoor" dining facilities is that they making the side walk narrower which means people pass each other with just a few feet. it is so stupid.
