My Canadian acting Union called ACTRA. They became my adversaries. I had to hire a lawyer to fight my own Union for breaking it's own rules. They are liars & hypocrites. They couldn't care less if an Actress got raped. As long as those dues keep on coming in, nothing else matters. The hidden contempt they have for all the little people is disgusting to say the least.
I would say that my union is worse. I'm a battle Vet in ugly matters relating to all things business. I had to use all my tricks when dealing with a few of my union reps. (All females) I caught them in their own game. Had them trapped but I released them because rats will do you a lot of damage if you don't give them an out. They all know I beat them. Then I was the bigger person and let them live.
