DIcks are the type of person who can do things you don't like, or can hurt you in some way, but they can also be entertaining and awesome. Like others have mentioned, assholes just like to shit on everything, and are rarely entertaining or awesome, they are just assholes.

For Example, Ric Flair is a dick, no doubt, but he is also awesome and entertaining. Now take Adam Schiff, now that is an asshole.

Pussies... well, pussies are pussies, you can have a pussy for a friend, its not the worst thing really, a pussy is someone who won't ride rollercoasters, or is afraid to pull hijinks with you, but they can still be a good person.
