Title seems a bit exaggerated tbh after reading the order. Looks like he wants to just exert more influence over central america which im all for(now managing migration is a whole nother thing but I dont see it as a call to open the floodgates of migrants in like the article claims)
I thought the same. The problem is always in implementation. But if the stated aim is to reduce the causes of migration into the US by combatting corruption, then there isn't anything wrong with that per se. But what will they actually do?

Yeah I do not trust the biden admin one bit to combat migration, but who knows
