So, I have no problem listening to arguments about cancelling student debt on certain occasions with certain stipulations.

My beef is: What about the kid who sat high and dry for 6 years living off of student loans, racking up well over 100k for a BS in Literature that was never completed? I know people who did this personally, who at any given time had thousands in their bank account from student loans and used it to buy drugs and booze for parties, Arby's, and new cars. Do these people also get the forgiveness? Because that is the epitome of bullshit.

One stip has to be that you actually finished and are using your degree or had used it in the past to make career growth and are an active and civic member of society. And all of this is required if we are even going to consider the forgiveness. Documentation and proof need be provided just as those who take part in PSLF.
