First time I've ever been "kicked out" of a store. Ever, for any reason.
I got home and realized it bothered me way more than I thought it would. I haven't been able to stop replaying the incident in my head. Throughout this entire ChinaVirus bullshit, I have never ever worn a mask. I've had a few incidents with customers and employees, but I've always just ignored people and went about my business. I absolutely hate confrontation.
Anyway, I've written to corporate but I fully expect a canned response and nothing to come of it. I don't know what else to do. I'd finally built up enough confidence to walk into stores without fear of humiliation. Now that's gone. I am so tired of all this covid bullshit. TIRED.
What do you all suggest? How do you all handle the stress of this sort of thing. Sorry for the dumb post but I don't have many people to talk to about this sort of thing. Thanks for reading.

You were removed from a grocery store who doesn't respect your business and when this bullshit is all said and done they will wonder where brownguy went who was a loyal customer and one night well past midnight you will remind them on social media after a local news story of layoffs why they fucked up.
Just tell them you are medically exempt and go back in there. I dont even look at anybody anymore, it's funny it's like the red sea parts when I'm going down the aisle. Also tell them if they are afraid to breathe, try a fucking plastic bag instead of the mask.
Just pick yourself up and go elsewhere.

You are probably young. I am old. Believe me, nobody else at the store even remembers the incident. You wrote to corporate. Fine. Nobody will do anything, like always. Best just to let it go and shop elsewhere.
But if that is impossible for you to let go, I guess I would just assemble all the evidence/studies on masks and why they dont work and send that to corporate too. Then maybe send that info to your local paper and ask why nobody is doing a story on why masks dont work. And how come nobody is doing a story on how third world countries are coping i.e. no masks and HCQ which was illegal in this country until Joe was inaugurated.
You can let this consume your whole life because you know you are in the right, or you can let it go and get on with your life, or you can attend city hall meetings and get involved and make a stink over mask mandates, or get on the Twitter FB sewer and make a stink there.
Depends on how much energy you want to invest when all the cards are stacked against you, or be like Trump and plot your revenge for a better time.

Find a new store friend. If they’re going to kick you out for dumb stuff like that then they don’t deserve your business in the first place. Shop local or find a place that doesn’t care if you wear a face diaper or not.
Would be a shame if you went back but forgot your wallet after they wrang up everything. You'd have to go and get it. Would be a shame to forget to come back.

I personly will never go to a store or give buissnes to any company that thinks a stupid mask is more important than its customers. Cheer up and remember in china people are getting poked in the butt totally worth it to stand up now resisting the mask mandate than wait until they threaten to go after you with a butt swap or worse.
I do this too. I haven’t been kicked out of many but a few. I’m a tiny girl and I feel embarrassed, and singled out. It’s not a good feeling. The only thing that makes me feel better is thinking about the fact that they want us to feel this way, so I just keep on keeping on. I’ve got my “haunts” where I frequent and I do just fine. We still have a city close to mine that doesn’t have to mandate so I go there for everything. I will say the last time I went somewhere (a tanning salon) they told me to wear one, and I very confidently said NO, I have a active staph infection and my doctor said no. (It was a lie) lol

It's a shit decision to have to make really. The stores are worried about being fined and closed by overzealous governors, it's easier to push back on the little guy. Load a cart full of $400+ worth of perishables and take the mask off. Then when they say something just make sheep noises at them and hand the cart off to them so they get to restock all of it

Shiiieeettt I've been kicked out of so many places since this started. It's a blessing. Now you know who supports this bs and who's ready to leave it behind. Once you find a place that doesn't kick you out, talk to some of the employees and you'll find they share your views. Spend your time and money with people who share your values. Don't forget to permanently cross off any business that's ok with your civil liberties being stripped.
Hey bro I had the same experience and it hurt me because I never felt persecuted before. We all know the mask and COVID is a scam. My advice for handling this thing is to wear a mask. I know it is not what you want to hear, but remember this, you know the truth of the situation and others don't. In that way you are blessed by being guided in the right way. Also what you can do is just always give them a hard time. Walk into a store without a mask and if anyone says anything just say oops sorry I forgot about these. I never wear this because it doesn't work and put it on. Or just say ok give me a free clean mask. Make them your bitch. These cashiers and grocery working people don't know shit just following orders, they probably hate their life and wearing a mask. Just rub it in till they quit haha
