While her intelligence is definitely questionable. Her emotional instability is blatantly obvious. Her fellow congressmen should hope she doesn't break up with her boyfriend or have cramps one day lest she goes "postal" but I mean, look who's currently in the Oval office....the patients are running the asylum.
