Reporting Governmental negligence with taxpayer money and forcing managers to properly budget their allocations and not work outside of purchasing restrictions and contract limitations. This has forced alot of departments to make hard choices... I backup every decision with rules and regs and redundancies that do not allow for funny money handling. I will not budge with any pleading to pull them back for even a "Good Cause"
