People view him as some crazy. But he wasn't. That's what happens when a government takes away the life and livelihood of men. They make them desperate. They force their hand. They create the very thing that destroys them. They create the insurgent. And then the government stands around in shock and can't comprehend why men would ever do such a thing. Completely without self awareness.

The US government is creating millions of these men. Those men are waiting for the spark to light the funeral pyre. And on that day, many won't be going home. But those that do will rebuild for a better future.

All I know is Marvin Heemeyer did nothing wrong - except perhaps not having this a co-op game.

I had no idea of the background. This man did what he could within the laws and nothing worked. The frustration is so understandable.

13
UnmaskedPatriot 13 points ago +13 / -0

He was driven crazy. He was otherwise a highly intelligent, straight shooting, just, honest, generous & hard working man according to that documentary.

9
PurestEvil 9 points ago +9 / -0

I don't consider him crazy. I consider him brave and a hero to his values. What he did was long planned and well thought out - and he again proved the incompetence of the government. They couldn't even stop him despite the extreme disproportionality of resources.

I personally am at a point where I am willing to risk my life to fight my government. But I wouldn't share his... reluctance.

Fucking legend.

Did I read that right? He bulldozed the council members homes?

36

And businesses. I'd like to hear the calls to their insurance companies trying to get their losses covered.

32
hallway_monitor 32 points ago +32 / -0

Most business insurance won’t cover acts of “terrorism” ...kek

One of the reasons why Trump didn’t move forward with designating antifa as such, he knew that if he did, many business owners wouldn’t be able to fill out claims on their losses

13
residue69 13 points ago +13 / -0

Another reason I'd really like to hear some of those calls.

That's not a good enough of a reason for the head of the country not to speak the truth. There are massive secondary effects being honest would have induced, including the driving the business owners to agitate for better local governance because of their lost insurance. It sucks, but shit like this isnliterally the president's job

The only thing I still don't understand about all of this is why the city council went so far out of their way to screw Marvin over. To my knowledge it's not like he was some rabble-rouser or had it out for them before any of this, he was just an ordinary business owner, the kind of guy you'd think they'd want around if just for the tax revenue

23
2016TrumpMAGA 23 points ago +23 / -0

why the city council went so far out of their way to screw Marvin over

They didn't. They went out of their way to benefit their cronies, and Marvin was collateral damage. They did not give a fuck about Marvin. It's typical small town politics. There are the pigs at the trough, and there's everyone else.

16
RussianLimbaugh 16 points ago +16 / -0

Exactly. The family building that plant near his land were a big name family, big political donors, & self-serving. It was a member of that family who drove another piece of heavy machinery out to try & stop Marvin's killdozer. Killdozer pushed it out of the way like it was a shopping cart.

Mountain Park Concrete, Inc.

-7
CrimsonClown -7 points ago +3 / -10

Marvin went to destroy their fucking concert facility, so yeah. A man who owned some of the building tried to stop him. You know what else happened? They tried to buy Marvin’s land and accepted his deals until he backed out for the third time in an attempt to jack the price up.

This dude was a lunatic who got pissy that he scared off an investor.

8
jomten 8 points ago +8 / -0

They cut off all access to his land, shut off the sewage so he cant flush a toilet and fine him for it.

And you think him trying to get a fair price for his business is evidence hes crazy?

GFY

4
CrimsonClown 4 points ago +5 / -1

No they didn’t and if you had bothered researching the topic instead of gulping down an Internet legend, you would know this. Marvin never had sewage lines to his home, which is what the sewage issue was in the first place. He had been dumping his literal shit into a buried concrete mixer and then waiting for rainy days to drain it into irrigation ditches. He was fined because he wouldn’t get a proper septic tank and he wouldn’t buy the fucking uphill pump needed to hook up to the city sewer lines. Mind you, the city was covering everything else in that deal. A fair price? He got his land for $42,000 and was offered $270,000+ buy the company. He agreed on the deal but changed the price to $375,000 when they returned with the 270K. They then returned with his new $375,000 but he changed his mind and wanted $450,000 at that point. They proceeded to exit the deal, buy a different piece of land, and begin developing that instead. The video I’m linking actually has a Google Earth screenshot in it that shows his road was still intact. You’ve been sold a lie by some psychotic people who want a terrorist to be their hero. https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&feature=youtu.be&v=Yvl_7_Up7zU [It won’t let me hyperlink for some reason,]

1
CrimsonClown 1 point ago +1 / -0

It happens, so no need to thank me.

1
RussianLimbaugh 1 point ago +1 / -0

Interesting take. Now explain the govts involvement in that dispute.

3
CrimsonClown 3 points ago +4 / -1

Which dispute? The one where he went in a rampage and endangered the lives of hundreds of people? The one where he tried to up sell three times and failed, which the government didn’t get involved in?

The government was only involved in Marvin’s claim about zoning laws being broken, they were not, and when Marvin was forced to do something other than dump his literal shit into an important irrigation ditch for 9 years. Fun fact, the concrete company offered to pay for his portion of the sewer line and the pump if he would stop trying to sue them.

It astounds me that some many of us on here agree that domestic terrorists like Antifa need to be stopped and yet some people are fine with this man’s actions.

1
RussianLimbaugh 1 point ago +1 / -0

You said the concrete company offered to pay for Marvin’s portion of the sewer line & the pump if he would stop trying to sue them.

Gov allowed Marvin’s sewer lines to be turned off for the concrete company to do construction. Marvin went to concrete company & asked to resolve this between them. They said no. He appealed to the govt. Government then fined him for the sewer lines they allowed to be turned off & wouldn’t allow him to turn back on. I’d sue the shit out of that concrete company & the govt for that, too. The concrete company wasn’t going to pay for the fines he accrued, not was the govt going to say they were wrong.

4
CrimsonClown 4 points ago +4 / -0

Your information is wrong because Marvin didn’t have any sewer lines to begin with.

He had a buried concrete mixer, because the property was an old concrete facility, that he filled with his feces. When it rained, he pumped it out into an irrigation ditch that was used for a ranch and to water the lawns of towns folks. He submitted a petition to be hooked up to the city lines; however, there was a complication because of how sewer lines function. Marvin needed a special shit pump to allow his lot, which he would have to pay for, to connect to the piping that the city would lay. Marvin called this “Extortion by Government Fiat” because the most popular excavating company in town was partially owned by someone related to a city council member. He was offered the option to simply instal a septic tank but refused and dropped the case. He was still accepted into the city’s sewage district because never canceled his form.

Nine years passed between that and when it was brought up again. Marvin asked for leniency with the matter and was immediately granted it. He was in the middle of the lawsuit with the concrete plant, this time claiming they would be too noisy and dusty despite Marvin’s place being a fucking muffler shop, when he was made the offer. Drop the lawsuit and they’ll pay for the hook up to the city line to be finished. Marvin refused and later lost his lawsuit, losing his opportunity for a cost free hook up. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back for Marvin and convinced him to sell off everything he owned, netting him a nice $400,000. With the exception of the bull dozer because no one wanted to buy it, thus he believed it was destined by god for him to keep it. Hence, the delusion of the Killdozer and his incoherent ramblings were born.

The buyer of the shop was extremely generous to let him [unknown to them] work on the Killdozer before he left. Marvin was not a reasonable man who was screwed by malicious state actors. He literally was the cause for all of his own problems.

That's what happens when you take everything from a GOOD man who only wanted to be treated like a human being.

When you take away a good man's lively hood, don't be shocked when they seek revenge on those who willfully destroyed himself.

Human beings in general deserve to be treated equally. This was a case in which he didn't matter, but rich guys did.

They fucked him hardcore. You can't blame someone destroyed by the system to act out.

The system was intended to PROTECT people like him, not destroy him. But as happens with ALL governments, they may start off for the people by the people but they always get corrupted, and eventually collapse under their own weight, kind if like watching a once powerful corporation like Kodak fall to nothing.

Sad to say, America is in the stage where it will massively change, purely for the worse.

This isn't your grandparents America.

This is everything America sought not to be. And here we are, living in a nation that began as a fight against what we are today.

I wish through some amazing technological advancement that we could bring back all of our founding fathers. Hear their opinions on the new America, and see what they want to happen.

The founding fathers in today's America would be deemed terrorists.

Because the founding fathers didn't accept unjust leadership

All any human wants is freedom. And we don't have it anymore. It's gone. We are not a free country.

We haven't been a free country for 75+ years minimum, but the last few years have shown us how had it truly is.

Zow. This man had to take his own life because the bleeping corrupt government officials took everything else from him. And if you don't yet grasp that this is the exact same despair which the Left has planned for us, then you have not been redpilled enough yet. R.I.P. dude. No doubt he killed himself because he knew that justice at their hands would have been only more injustice heaped on top of him...

2
Trumpy_Bear 2 points ago +2 / -0

I mostly side with this guy being a hero

But God damn he could have hired a lawyer at some point. Sounds like he got greedy early on in the land deal where he could have sold his land to the concrete factory

1
CrimsonClown 1 point ago +3 / -2

He did and he refused to comply with the city when it learned he was dumping his literal shit into ditches owned by the city. If I recall, they were used by farmers who complained about Marvin doing that.

His whole story is a tale of Marvin not knowing when to stop demanding for more.

CrimsonClown -1 points ago +4 / -5

No, this is what happens when people don’t know the full story and take a Facebook post at full value.

Marvin was never screwed over by someone else. It was always his poor judgement and personal faults that lead him to his psychotic break down. I actually have an hour long video bookmarked where someone discusses what happened in detail. This dude was a piece of shit long before he went on his rampage that terrorize innocent small business owners that had nothing to do with him losing his court cases. This man was so petty and delusional that he thought he was on a mission from god.

Edit: He threw his shit into city ditches instead of disposing of it properly.

Marvin never lost the road to his shop, he lost the short cut he took because the facility was built in the lot he use to cut across.

The concrete facility never destroyed his sewage lines - he never had them to begin with.

Marvin tried to hurt people, he had a list of names with the list of buildings. He shot at propane tanks but couldn’t hit shit due to his sights being blocked. He destroyed the home of a former mayor who had nothing to do with his feud with the city council.

1
kjj9 1 point ago +1 / -0

It is unfortunate that the reality of the story isn't as good as the fantasy.

It seems that we need a story about the little guy standing up to injustice in an awe-inspiring manner, so we've created our own fan fiction to meet that need.
