why the city council went so far out of their way to screw Marvin over

They didn't. They went out of their way to benefit their cronies, and Marvin was collateral damage. They did not give a fuck about Marvin. It's typical small town politics. There are the pigs at the trough, and there's everyone else.

Exactly. The family building that plant near his land were a big name family, big political donors, & self-serving. It was a member of that family who drove another piece of heavy machinery out to try & stop Marvin's killdozer. Killdozer pushed it out of the way like it was a shopping cart.

Marvin went to destroy their fucking concert facility, so yeah. A man who owned some of the building tried to stop him. You know what else happened? They tried to buy Marvin’s land and accepted his deals until he backed out for the third time in an attempt to jack the price up.

This dude was a lunatic who got pissy that he scared off an investor.

They cut off all access to his land, shut off the sewage so he cant flush a toilet and fine him for it.

And you think him trying to get a fair price for his business is evidence hes crazy?

No they didn’t and if you had bothered researching the topic instead of gulping down an Internet legend, you would know this. Marvin never had sewage lines to his home, which is what the sewage issue was in the first place. He had been dumping his literal shit into a buried concrete mixer and then waiting for rainy days to drain it into irrigation ditches. He was fined because he wouldn’t get a proper septic tank and he wouldn’t buy the fucking uphill pump needed to hook up to the city sewer lines. Mind you, the city was covering everything else in that deal. A fair price? He got his land for $42,000 and was offered $270,000+ buy the company. He agreed on the deal but changed the price to $375,000 when they returned with the 270K. They then returned with his new $375,000 but he changed his mind and wanted $450,000 at that point. They proceeded to exit the deal, buy a different piece of land, and begin developing that instead. The video I’m linking actually has a Google Earth screenshot in it that shows his road was still intact. You’ve been sold a lie by some psychotic people who want a terrorist to be their hero. https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&feature=youtu.be&v=Yvl_7_Up7zU [It won’t let me hyperlink for some reason,]

Interesting take. Now explain the govts involvement in that dispute.

Which dispute? The one where he went in a rampage and endangered the lives of hundreds of people? The one where he tried to up sell three times and failed, which the government didn’t get involved in?

The government was only involved in Marvin’s claim about zoning laws being broken, they were not, and when Marvin was forced to do something other than dump his literal shit into an important irrigation ditch for 9 years. Fun fact, the concrete company offered to pay for his portion of the sewer line and the pump if he would stop trying to sue them.

It astounds me that some many of us on here agree that domestic terrorists like Antifa need to be stopped and yet some people are fine with this man’s actions.
