Marvin never had sewage lines to his home, which is what the sewage issue was in the first place. They then returned with his new $375,000 but he changed his mind and wanted $450,000 at that point. They proceeded to exit the deal, buy a different piece of land, and begin developing that instead. The government was only involved in Marvin’s claim about zoning laws being broken, they were not, and when Marvin was forced to do something other than dump his literal shit into an important irrigation ditch for 9 years. Fun fact, the concrete company offered to pay for his portion of the sewer line and the pump if he would stop trying to sue them.

He appealed to the govt. Government then fined him for the sewer lines they allowed to be turned off & wouldn’t allow him to turn back on.
