Gov allowed Marvin’s sewer lines to be turned off for the concrete company to do construction. Marvin went to concrete company & asked to resolve this between them. They said no. Drop the lawsuit and they’ll pay for the hook up to the city line to be finished. Marvin refused and later lost his lawsuit, losing his opportunity for a cost free hook up. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back for Marvin and convinced him to sell off everything he owned, netting him a nice $400,000.
