Make sure to tell your friend to take her daughter to the doctor immediately at any sign of a UTI and then take this paperwork to the school and threaten to sue the ever living shit out of them. Demand that they put in a "family" one stalled bathroom with a lock on the door. Start going to any and all pta/school board meetings etc. And fight. Keep fighting. Don't give in to these assholes.
