Yup, I feel the exact same way and have bouts where I just have to isolate [in nature] to calm down for a while because I'm so angry.
I'm surprised none of us have cracked either, but I think it's a credit to places like this site that allows us to vent/know we're not alone/etc. Otherwise we'd be quite screwed and feel cornered.
