I really think a new Trump-led party could beat the Dims in 2024 - not just for President, but could accumulate major gains in Congress in 2022 & 2024.

Agreed. We would run up the middle and wipe out both parties, like bowling pins. We'd peel off 75% of the GOP and maybe 30% of the Democrats.
