Merit has fallen by the way side to seem more "progressive." Instead of organic competition, they fall into the soft bigotry of lowered expectations. All fpr that sake of virtue signaling. There are strong and smart women who would legitimately be competitive, but they aren't competing, they are being installed. It's not a woman thing, that system always breaks down when merit is sacrificed for any arbitrary "virtue."
